Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable HVAC Technician to join our on-site team in Tabuk. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across our large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects. Working closely with our MEP engineering division, you will ensure that all environmental control systems operate safely, efficiently, and in accordance with exact technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities: * Install, test, and commission commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, AHUs, ductwork, and exhaust systems, according to engineering blueprints.

  • Perform routine preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on all climate control equipment to prevent project downtime.

  • Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems, replacing defective parts and calibrating controls.

  • Collaborate with Mechanical Engineers and Site Supervisors to ensure seamless integration of HVAC infrastructure with the building’s structural elements.

  • Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental protocols, maintaining accurate logs of all maintenance and service activities.

Qualifications & Skills: * Trade certificate, Diploma, or equivalent vocational training in HVAC, Refrigeration, or Mechanical Engineering.

  • Proven hands-on experience as an HVAC Technician in heavy commercial or industrial construction settings.

  • Strong ability to read and interpret mechanical schematics, blueprints, and electrical wiring diagrams.

  • Solid understanding of refrigeration cycles, thermodynamics, and modern climate control technologies.

  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and the physical stamina to work in demanding on-site conditions.
