Role Overview: We are seeking a highly precise and experienced Tekla Detailer to join our structural engineering team in Sharjah. You will be responsible for creating highly accurate 3D models and detailed 2D fabrication drawings for complex steel structures. Your work will directly translate our structural engineering designs into actionable blueprints for manufacturing and on-site assembly, playing a pivotal role in the seamless physical realization of our projects.
Key Responsibilities: * Create detailed 3D structural models and comprehensive 2D fabrication and erection drawings using Tekla Structures.

Generate precise Bill of Materials (BOM), NC files, and custom reports to support the manufacturing and fabrication teams.

Collaborate closely with structural engineers, architects, and site managers to resolve design clashes and ensure constructability.

Cross-check detailed drawings against original architectural and structural blueprints to ensure absolute accuracy and compliance with project standards.

Manage and maintain project detailing schedules to ensure the timely delivery of shop drawings for production.
Qualifications & Skills: * Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Drafting, or a related technical field.

Proven experience as a Steel Detailer with advanced, hands-on proficiency in Tekla Structures.

Strong understanding of structural steel design codes, fabrication processes, and heavy construction methodologies.

Exceptional ability to read, interpret, and translate complex architectural and structural engineering blueprints.

Meticulous attention to detail and strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with the broader engineering team.
