Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and authoritative Supervisor to oversee on-site construction activities for our projects in Cairo. In this critical role, you will be the boots on the ground, directing labor crews, managing daily site workflows, and ensuring that our structural designs are executed safely, accurately, and on schedule. You will act as the vital bridge between site workers and the engineering management team.
Key Responsibilities: * Directly supervise and coordinate the daily activities of construction crews, tradespeople, and subcontractors on-site.

Ensure all construction work complies strictly with structural drawings, project specifications, and KILONEWTONS’ quality standards.

Enforce rigorous health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations to maintain a zero-incident work environment.

Monitor site inventory, track the usage of construction materials, and request supplies in a timely manner to avoid project delays.

Provide daily progress updates to the Site Engineer and Project Manager, immediately flagging any technical or labor issues.
Qualifications & Skills: * Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent on-the-job experience.

Proven track record as a Site Supervisor or Foreman in commercial, industrial, or heavy engineering projects, preferably within Egypt or the MENA region.

In-depth practical knowledge of construction materials, heavy machinery operations, and modern building techniques.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, manage, and resolve conflicts within large, diverse labor teams.

Good communication skills in Arabic and English to effectively liaise with both local crews and international engineering staff.
