Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our human resources operations in the Dubai office. You will be the architect of our company culture, responsible for attracting top-tier engineering and corporate talent, ensuring strict compliance with UAE labor laws, and fostering a high-performance environment that aligns with our global expansion goals.

Key Responsibilities: * Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for both technical (site engineers, structural designers) and corporate roles, ensuring we hire the best talent in the industry.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and retention programs tailored to the fast-paced engineering and construction sector.

  • Ensure absolute compliance with all UAE labor laws, visa regulations, and corporate employment standards.

  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance evaluation cycles for the Dubai headquarters and on-site teams.

  • Oversee onboarding and continuous professional development programs to ensure our teams remain at the cutting edge of industry software and methodologies.

Qualifications & Skills: * Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is highly preferred.

  • Proven track record (5+ years) as an HR Manager or similar leadership role, ideally within the construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors in the UAE.

  • Deep, up-to-date knowledge of UAE labor laws, Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) regulations, and visa processing.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
