Role Overview: We are seeking a highly professional and articulate Customer Service Representative to join our corporate office in Dubai. You will act as the first point of contact for our firm, playing a vital role in shaping the client experience. Your primary focus will be to handle incoming inquiries, facilitate smooth communication between clients and our engineering teams, and ensure every interaction reflects our high standards of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities: * Manage incoming calls, emails, and digital inquiries from clients, contractors, and corporate partners promptly and professionally.

  • Provide accurate information regarding our engineering services, project capabilities, and company policies.

  • Effectively triage and route complex technical or structural engineering questions to the appropriate internal departments or project managers.

  • Maintain and update detailed client interaction logs and contact information within our CRM system.

  • Assist in gathering client feedback and resolving any foundational service issues to ensure long-term client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills: * Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in a customer service or client relations role, preferably within a corporate, B2B, engineering, or construction environment.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Arabic is highly advantageous for the Dubai market.

  • Strong active listening skills and a patient, problem-solving mindset.

  • Proficiency with standard office software, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.
