KILONEWTONS is seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant with 5+ years of experience to provide administrative and clerical support. The ideal candidate will manage office operations, coordinate schedules, and assist management to ensure efficient workflow within the organization.
π Key Responsibilities

Manage office operations, correspondence, and documentation

Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars

Maintain records, files, and office inventory
β
Prepare reports, presentations, and official communications

Assist in HR, payroll, and employee onboarding processes

Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders

Support project documentation and reporting activities
β
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally

Ensure smooth workflow and efficient office processes

Assist management with administrative tasks as required
π― Experience & Qualifications
πΉ Minimum 5 YEARS of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Coordinator
πΉ Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
πΉ Experience in UAE-based corporate or engineering projects preferred
πΉ Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
πΉ Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
