👨💻 Job Summary
KILONEWTONS is seeking a highly skilled GIS Analyst with 5+ years of experience to manage, analyze, and visualize spatial data. The role involves working closely with project teams to support geospatial decision-making and ensure accurate GIS outputs for engineering and infrastructure projects in Dubai.
📌 Key Responsibilities
✅ Collect, manage, and maintain GIS datasets and databases
✅ Perform spatial analysis and generate accurate maps and reports
✅ Create and update GIS layers for engineering, infrastructure, and urban planning projects
✅ Support data integration from multiple sources, including GPS, satellite imagery, and survey data
✅ Conduct quality assurance and ensure data accuracy and consistency
✅ Collaborate with project teams to provide GIS insights and recommendations
✅ Prepare technical documentation and visualization reports for stakeholders
✅ Develop GIS tools, scripts, and automation processes
✅ Support GIS training and capacity-building initiatives within the team
✅ Stay updated with GIS trends, tools, and best practices
🎯 Experience & Qualifications
🔹 Minimum 5 YEARS of experience as a GIS Analyst
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Geospatial Science, Geography, GIS, or related field
🔹 Experience in UAE-based engineering or infrastructure projects preferred
🔹 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
🔹 Knowledge of GIS data standards, cartography, and spatial analysis
