👨🔧 Job Summary
KILONEWTONS is looking for a detail-oriented Component Engineer with 5+ years of experience to design, validate, and manage engineering components across industrial and construction projects. The role requires coordination with design, production, and quality teams to ensure components meet project specifications.
📌 Key Responsibilities
✅ Design and validate components according to project requirements
✅ Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and Bill of Materials (BOM)
✅ Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality teams
✅ Conduct tolerance, stress, and material analysis for components
✅ Review vendor data and approve component submittals
✅ Support prototyping, testing, and commissioning of components
✅ Identify and resolve technical issues related to components
✅ Ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulatory requirements
✅ Maintain documentation for all components and revisions
✅ Implement continuous improvement initiatives for component design
🎯 Experience & Qualifications
🔹 Minimum 5 YEARS of experience as a Component Engineer
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Product Engineering
🔹 Experience in UAE-based projects preferred
🔹 Strong knowledge of component design, materials, and manufacturing processes
🔹 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
