KILONEWTONS is seeking a skilled Production Engineer with 5+ years of experience to oversee and optimize production processes, improve efficiency, and ensure product quality in industrial projects. The role involves coordinating with engineering, operations, and quality teams to streamline manufacturing workflows.
📌 Key Responsibilities
✅ Plan, monitor, and optimize production processes
✅ Prepare and maintain production schedules and documentation
✅ Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations
✅ Conduct process analysis and recommend improvements
✅ Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams
✅ Implement lean manufacturing and cost-reduction initiatives
✅ Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical solutions
✅ Monitor equipment performance and recommend upgrades
✅ Conduct training sessions for production staff
✅ Prepare reports on production KPIs and operational performance
🎯 Experience & Qualifications
🔹 Minimum 5 YEARS of experience as a Production Engineer
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
🔹 Experience in UAE-based industrial projects is preferred
🔹 Strong understanding of production planning, workflow, and manufacturing processes
🔹 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
