👨🔬 Job Summary
KILONEWTONS is seeking a detail-oriented Validation Engineer with 5+ years of experience to plan, execute, and document validation activities for systems, equipment, and processes. The role ensures compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements across engineering projects in Dubai.
📌 Key Responsibilities
✅ Develop and execute validation plans, protocols, and test scripts
✅ Perform system, process, and equipment validation activities
✅ Prepare IQ, OQ, and PQ documentation where applicable
✅ Review design documents and ensure validation compliance
✅ Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, and project teams
✅ Conduct FAT, SAT, and commissioning support activities
✅ Identify non-conformances and recommend corrective actions
✅ Ensure documentation complies with quality and regulatory standards
✅ Maintain validation records and technical reports
✅ Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives
🎯 Experience & Qualifications
🔹 Minimum 5 YEARS of experience as a Validation Engineer
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)
🔹 Experience in UAE-based projects is preferred
🔹 Strong understanding of validation lifecycle and quality systems
🔹 Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
