KILONEWTONS is seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage large-scale construction projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of proven experience, strong leadership skills, and deep knowledge of construction methodologies, safety standards, and project controls.
📌 Key Responsibilities
✅ Plan, coordinate, and manage all on-site construction activities
✅ Lead project teams including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors
✅ Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
✅ Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
✅ Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for senior management
✅ Enforce HSE regulations and ensure compliance with UAE construction laws
✅ Manage procurement, materials, equipment, and workforce allocation
✅ Coordinate with consultants, clients, and government authorities
✅ Identify risks and implement corrective and preventive measures
✅ Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
🎯 Experience & Qualifications
🔹 Minimum 15 YEARS of experience as a Construction Manager
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (Master’s preferred)
🔹 Proven experience in UAE-based construction projects
🔹 Strong knowledge of local authority regulations and approvals
🔹 Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
