The HR MANAGER will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring alignment with business goals. ⚙️ Key Responsibilities
✅ Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals.
✅ Manage the recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
✅ Design and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.
✅ Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
✅ Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.
✅ Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate learning programs.
✅ Maintain HR metrics and prepare detailed reports for management review.
✅ Manage HR software systems and employee databases efficiently.
✅ Promote company culture and employee engagement initiatives.
🧠 Required Skills & Competencies
💡 Strong understanding of UAE Labor Law and HR compliance.
💡 Proficiency in HRMS / HRIS software (e.g., Zoho People, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
💡 Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
💡 Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and HR analytics tools.
💡 Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
💡 Proven experience in recruitment, payroll, and performance management systems.
🎓 Qualifications
🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
📈 Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably within engineering, construction, or technical industries.
🌍 Exposure to multicultural teams and GCC HR practices is a plus.
