The HR MANAGER will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring alignment with business goals. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals.

Manage the recruitment lifecycle β sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

Design and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.

Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.

Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.

Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate learning programs.

Maintain HR metrics and prepare detailed reports for management review.

Manage HR software systems and employee databases efficiently.

Promote company culture and employee engagement initiatives.
π§ Required Skills & Competencies
π‘ Strong understanding of UAE Labor Law and HR compliance.
π‘ Proficiency in HRMS / HRIS software (e.g., Zoho People, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
π‘ Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
π‘ Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and HR analytics tools.
π‘ Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
π‘ Proven experience in recruitment, payroll, and performance management systems.
π Qualifications
π Bachelorβs or Masterβs Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
π Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably within engineering, construction, or technical industries.
π Exposure to multicultural teams and GCC HR practices is a plus.
