As a Project Manager at KILONEWTONS, you’ll oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects from concept to completion. You’ll ensure that every project meets performance, quality, and safety standards on time and within budget.
This role requires strong leadership, technical understanding, and exceptional communication skills.
⚙️ Key Responsibilities
- 📅 Lead, plan, and manage all phases of project development and execution.
- 🧩 Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, design, procurement, and operations.
- 💬 Communicate project goals, expectations, and deliverables clearly to team members and stakeholders.
- 📊 Define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- 💰 Manage project budgets, schedules, and performance metrics.
- 🧭 Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
- 🛠️ Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.
- 🔍 Monitor progress and prepare detailed reports for management and clients.

💡 Required Skills & Software Proficiency
- Proven experience managing engineering, construction, or technology projects.
- Strong proficiency with project management tools, including:
- Microsoft Project / Primavera P6
- Asana, Trello, or Jira
- AutoCAD or BIM tools (for technical coordination)
- MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Solid understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies.
- Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
- Familiarity with contract management and procurement processes.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
- PMP® or PRINCE2® certification is a plus.
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong command of English (German or French proficiency is a plus).
