⚙️ Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SITE ENGINEER to oversee on-site construction activities, ensure project quality, manage resources, and drive timely execution. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience with modern engineering tools and software.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
✅ Supervise and manage on-site construction activities in alignment with project specifications.
✅ Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery.
✅ Prepare and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
✅ Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
✅ Maintain daily site reports, materials logs, and work progress documentation.
✅ Troubleshoot technical issues and propose effective engineering solutions.
✅ Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to budgets.
✅ Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with local regulations and codes.
💡 Required Skills & Software Knowledge
🔹 Strong understanding of civil and structural engineering principles.
🔹 Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, Primavera P6, MS Project, and Revit.
🔹 Familiar with construction drawings, QA/QC standards, and project management tools.
🔹 Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination abilities.
🔹 In-depth knowledge of safety standards and engineering documentation.
🎓 Qualifications
🎯 Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or related field).
🎯 Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction or site engineering.
🎯 Fluency in English; Arabic knowledge is an added advantage.
