🏢 Responsibilities of the CONTRACTS MANAGER:
- Lead contract negotiation, drafting, and management for large-scale construction and engineering projects 🖋️
- Develop and implement contract strategies aligned with company objectives and client requirements
- Oversee the review and administration of contracts, including subcontractor agreements and procurement contracts
- Manage claims, variations, and dispute resolution to minimize risk and protect company interests ⚖️
- Collaborate with project teams, legal advisors, and clients to ensure contract compliance and smooth project delivery
- Prepare detailed contract reports, risk assessments, and documentation for senior management
- Ensure adherence to local laws, regulations, and international standards governing contracts
- Utilize contract management software and tools such as SAP, Oracle Contracts, and Microsoft Office Suite 💻

- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
