🎯 Key Responsibilities
As a PROJECT MANAGER at KILONEWTONS, you will be at the forefront of our projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Your key duties will include:
- 🛠️ Planning and overseeing all phases of construction and engineering projects
- 📅 Developing detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- 🤝 Leading multidisciplinary teams including engineers, architects, and contractors
- ✅ Ensuring compliance with safety, legal, and environmental standards
- 🔍 Conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies
- 📈 Managing procurement, tendering processes, and vendor coordination
- 📑 Reviewing technical drawings, contracts, and change orders
- 📊 Preparing project status reports and presenting to senior stakeholders
- 🔄 Driving continuous improvement in project execution and delivery
💼 Required Skills & Qualifications
✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
✅ 15+ years of proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or civil engineering projects
✅ In-depth knowledge of project lifecycle management and industry regulations
✅ Proficiency in the following tools & software:
- Microsoft Project
- Primavera P6
- AutoCAD
- Revit
- BIM tools
- MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
✅ PMP or PRINCE2 Certification (Preferred)
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
✅ Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
