🎯 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and executing construction & engineering projects
✅ Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion
✅ Coordinate with design, procurement, execution, and quality teams
✅ Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
✅ Manage budgets, subcontractors, and client communication on-site
✅ Track resource allocation, materials, and manpower
✅ Maintain project documentation and prepare daily/weekly reports
✅ Troubleshoot technical and logistical issues during execution
🛠️ Required Skills & Software Knowledge:
💻 Software & Tools:
- AutoCAD / Revit (for plan and design review)
- MS Project / Primavera (for scheduling & progress tracking)
- MS Excel / Word / PowerPoint (for reporting & documentation)
- ERP / Project Management tools (SAP, Zoho Projects – preferred)
🧠 Core Skills:
- Strong knowledge of civil/mechanical project workflows
- Project documentation, BOQ, and budget handling
- Communication with vendors, consultants, and clients
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) practices
👤 Candidate Profile:
🔹 5+ years of experience in project coordination or management
🔹 B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline
🔹 Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination abilities
🔹 Ability to handle pressure and work with multiple stakeholders
🔹 Willingness to travel to project sites as required
