- π Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a professional and timely manner
- π€ Handle client complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
- π§Ύ Maintain accurate records of interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints
- π Generate customer service reports and analyze trends for service improvements
- πΌ Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Engineering, Admin) to resolve customer issues
- π Process orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently
- π§ Keep updated with KILONEWTONSβ services and internal systems to provide accurate information
- π§© Participate in training and quality assurance programs
- π§ Maintain a calm, courteous, and positive attitude, even under pressure
π§° Required Skills & Software Proficiency
- β Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- β Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- β Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce)
- β Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- β Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- β Typing speed and attention to detail
- β Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
- β Experience using helpdesk tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, LiveChat)
π Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical or corporate environment
- Experience working with engineering or construction clients is a plus
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
