🎯 Key Responsibilities:
📢 Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns to promote engineering and consultancy services
📈 Develop content strategies and oversee the creation of marketing materials – brochures, case studies, blogs, social posts, and more
🧠 Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation
📲 Manage digital marketing initiatives including SEO, Google Ads, email campaigns, and LinkedIn marketing
📂 Maintain and update the company website, ensuring content is fresh and SEO-friendly
📊 Track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and prepare monthly marketing reports
🤝 Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and media partners for brand promotion
🗓️ Plan trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events
📸 Oversee branding consistency across all channels and communications
💼 Required Skills & Software Proficiency:
🧩 Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles in the engineering or infrastructure domain
💻 Proficiency in digital marketing tools – Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Ads
🔍 Solid knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies
🖥️ Familiarity with WordPress, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
📧 Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, or HubSpot
📈 Analytical mindset with strong Excel and data presentation skills
📱 Social media management and branding expertise
🗣️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
🎓 Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Business, or related field
