📝 Key Responsibilities & Duties:
As a Site Supervisor at KILONEWTONS, you will be responsible for:
- 👥 Directing and supervising all on-site activities, subcontractors, and labor crews to ensure project alignment with plans and specifications.
- 📋 Creating and managing daily reports, progress updates, and site documentation using construction management software.
- 💻 Utilizing relevant software tools for:
- Project scheduling and tracking (Primavera P6/MS Project)
- Drawing management (AutoCAD Viewer/Bluebeam)
- Quality control and snagging management
- Site communication and task allocation
- 🛡️ Enforcing strict adherence to all KILONEWTONS and regulatory Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols, conducting regular safety inspections.
- 📐 Reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and documents to guide the construction team accurately.
- 🤝 Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution and timely resolution of site issues.
- ✅ Monitoring work quality, conducting inspections, and ensuring all work meets KILONEWTONS’ quality standards and project requirements.
- 📊 Managing material deliveries, equipment allocation, and site logistics to maintain optimal productivity.
✅ Qualifications & Experience:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 10 years of construction supervision experience, with substantial and verifiable experience in the Gulf region (GCC).
- MUST HAVE demonstrated proficiency with relevant construction software:
- Project Management: Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project
- Design/Document: AutoCAD Viewer, Bluebeam Revu
- Office Suite: Advanced MS Office (particularly Excel and Word)
- Mobile Tools: Proficiency with site management apps and tablets
- A Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations in the Gulf region.
- Proven leadership abilities with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and team management capabilities in a multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a significant advantage.
