📋 Key Responsibilities & Duties:
As the guardian of our quality standards, you will be responsible for:
- Quality Inspections: Conducting thorough inspections of materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards. 📏
- Documentation: Maintaining detailed inspection records, quality reports, and non-conformance reports using digital systems. 📝
- Testing Procedures: Performing various tests and measurements using precision instruments and equipment. 🧪
- Process Monitoring: Monitoring production processes to identify potential quality issues and implementing preventive measures. 👀
- Supplier Quality: Conducting incoming material inspections and vendor quality assessments. 📦
- Compliance Assurance: Ensuring all products and processes comply with relevant ISO standards and regulatory requirements. 📋
- Audit Support: Participating in internal and external quality audits and implementing corrective actions. 🔄
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with production teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes. 🤝
🛠️ Must-Have Skills & Software Proficiency:
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control/quality assurance role
- Strong knowledge of:
- ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems 📊
- Quality control procedures and methodologies
- Measurement and testing techniques
- Statistical Process Control (SPC)
- Expert Proficiency in the following is ESSENTIAL:
- Quality Management Software (e.g., SAP QM, Oracle Quality) 💻
- Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel for data analysis)
- CAD software for reading technical drawings
- CMMS for maintenance quality tracking
- Experience with precision measuring instruments:
- Calipers, micrometers, gauges 📐
- Hardness testers
- Surface roughness testers
- Certifications in Quality Control (e.g., CQI, ASQ) preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
