🚀 Your Mission:
To lead the interior design process for high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. You will be responsible for developing creative design concepts, producing detailed technical drawings, and overseeing the execution to ensure the final space reflects the client’s vision and KILONEWTONS’ renowned standard of quality.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client consultations to understand their needs, aspirations, and budget.
- Develop and present compelling creative concepts, including mood boards, color palettes, and material schemes. 🖼️
- Produce detailed technical drawings, plans, and specifications for construction and fabrication.
- Source and select furniture, lighting, fabrics, art, and accessories (FF&E).
- Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and engineers to ensure design integrity is maintained from concept to completion.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for all interior design deliverables.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and resolve any design-related issues.
- Stay ahead of the curve on industry trends, new materials, and sustainable design practices.
🛠️ Required Skills & Software Proficiency:
The ideal candidate MUST HAVE expert-level proficiency with:
- Design & Drafting Software: AutoCAD (2D & 3D), SketchUp Pro, Revit
- Visualization & Rendering: 3Ds Max + V-Ray, Corona Renderer, or Enscape
- Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
- Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
- FF&E Sourcing: Strong network and experience in sourcing and specifying furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Communication: Exceptional client presentation, storytelling, and team collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English and Turkish (both written and verbal).
🎯 Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years
- Membership in a professional design body (e.g., IIDA, IFI) is a significant plus.
