📋 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and update detailed BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP systems throughout the project lifecycle. 🏢
• Create and enforce BIM protocols, standards, and execution plans for projects in accordance with company and international standards.
• Perform clash detection and coordination meetings using Navisworks, resolving conflicts between different disciplines before construction.
• Generate accurate and high-quality construction drawings, details, and schedules directly from the BIM models.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to implement BIM methodologies and ensure model accuracy.
• Extract data from models for quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and construction planning (4D/5D BIM).
• Manage and maintain the Common Data Environment (CDE) for project collaboration and information sharing.
• Provide technical support and training to project team members on BIM software and processes.
• Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies, trends, and best practices to ensure company standards remain cutting-edge.
• Assist in the integration of BIM with other project management and field execution technologies.

⚙️ Required Skills & Software Proficiency:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a BIM Engineer, BIM Coordinator, or similar role within the construction industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Expert-level proficiency in core BIM software is ESSENTIAL:
  • Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure, and/or MEP) 🎯
  • Autodesk Navisworks Manage (for clash detection and coordination)
  • AutoCAD
• Strong experience with Common Data Environments (CDE) such as Autodesk BIM 360 or Accruent.
• In-depth knowledge of BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650) and ability to develop BIM execution plans (BEP).
• Experience with 4D BIM (scheduling with Synchro or Navisworks) and 5D BIM (cost estimation) is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with other modeling or analysis software (e.g., Dynamo, Solibri, Tekla) is a major plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail to identify and resolve design conflicts.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
