Key Responsibilities 🎯

• Identify business challenges and opportunities where data-driven solutions can have a significant impact. 📊
• Extract, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets from multiple sources to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
• Design, develop, and deploy sophisticated machine learning models and statistical algorithms for prediction, classification, and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to integrate data insights into business strategies and operations.
• Communicate complex findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through visualizations, dashboards, and reports.
• Continuously research and implement state-of-the-art techniques and tools to improve our analytical capabilities.
• Own the end-to-end process of data science projects, from ideation and prototyping to production deployment and monitoring.

What We’re Looking For 🔍

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a Data Scientist or advanced analytical role.
• A strong statistical foundation with expertise in concepts like hypothesis testing, regression, time series, and probabilistic models.
• Proven experience in building and deploying machine learning models into production environments.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strong business acumen to translate problems into analytical frameworks.

Must-Have Relevant Skills & Software Knowledge 💻

• Programming Languages: Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and R.
• Machine Learning: Deep hands-on experience with machine learning libraries (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, Keras).
• Data Querying & Databases: Advanced SQL skills for complex querying. Experience with BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar data warehouses.
• Data Visualization: Proficiency in tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib/Seaborn in Python to create compelling visual narratives.
• Big Data Tools: Experience with big data ecosystems like Spark (PySpark) or Hadoop is a strong plus.
