Key Responsibilities 🎯

  • Prospect & Generate Leads: Identify and target potential new B2B clients through strategic research, cold calling, networking, and social selling.
  • Manage Full Sales Cycle: Own the sales process from initial contact and product demonstration to negotiation, closing, and contract signing.
  • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Exceed Targets: Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas and performance metrics.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitors to effectively position KILONEWTONS’s offerings.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain CRM: Accurately track and manage all sales activities, pipeline, and customer information in our CRM system.

Must-Have Skills & Experience 🛠️

  • 5+ years of proven experience in a B2B sales or business development role, with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Master Closer: Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
  • CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Hunter Mentality: A proactive and self-motivated approach to finding and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Tech-Savvy: Ability to quickly learn and demonstrate complex technical products or services.

Nice-to-Have Skills 🌟
