🌟 Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Project Leadership: Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and budgets, encompassing resource allocation and comprehensive project planning.
- Team Coordination & Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams (internal and external), assigning tasks and ensuring clarity on project goals and responsibilities.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders. Manage expectations, provide regular progress reports, and facilitate effective communication.
- Agile & Scrum Mastery: Implement and manage project development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and issues, developing effective mitigation and contingency plans to keep projects on track.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and align with client specifications and company objectives.
- Budget & Timeline Management: Monitor project progress, track budgets, and implement changes to ensure financial and temporal targets are met.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including charters, plans, schedules, and reports.
🛠️ Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in project management, with a portfolio of successfully delivered projects.
- Expert proficiency in relevant project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet).
- In-depth knowledge of methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian.
- Superb organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking capabilities.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant professional certification is a significant advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
