✔ Oversee all construction phases from pre-planning to handover
✔ Lead cross-functional teams of 50+ (engineers, contractors, vendors)
✔ Enforce strict QA/QC protocols and safety compliance (OSHA/NEBOSH)
✔ Manage project budgets exceeding $100M with ≤2% variance
✔ Negotiate high-stakes contracts with Tier 1 subcontractors
✔ Drive BIM 360/Digital Twin implementation across projects
✔ Resolve critical path delays using Lean Construction methods
✔ Liaise with government authorities for permits and inspections
