KILONEWTONS is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to provide technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for our clients in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical/electrical expertise and excellent problem-solving skills.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment
✔ Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
✔ Provide training to clients on equipment operation
✔ Maintain detailed service reports and documentation
✔ Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve complex issues
✔ Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols
✔ Manage spare parts inventory and service tools
🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔ 5+ years of field service engineering experience
✔ Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems
✔ Proficiency in diagnostic tools and testing equipment
✔ Ability to read and interpret technical manuals/drawings
✔ Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
✔ Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
💻 Preferred Technical Skills:
✔ Experience with CMMS software
✔ Knowledge of PLC systems (Siemens/Allen-Bradley)
