KILONEWTONS seeks an innovative Sustainability Manager to drive our ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) strategies in Jeddah. You’ll lead sustainability programs, ensure compliance with green building standards (like LEED/Estidama), and reduce our carbon footprint.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop/implement corporate sustainability strategies aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.
✔ Monitor energy efficiency, waste reduction, and carbon emissions across projects.
✔ Ensure compliance with LEED, BREEAM, or Estidama certifications.
✔ Collaborate with engineers/designers to integrate sustainable materials and practices.
✔ Prepare ESG reports and present to stakeholders/regulators.
✔ Research renewable energy solutions (solar, smart grids, etc.).
✔ Train staff on sustainability best practices.
💡 Required Skills & Tools:
✔ Certifications: LEED AP, WELL, or similar (preferred).
✔ Software: OneClick LCA, EnergyPlus, AutoCAD (basic), ESG reporting tools.
✔ Knowledge: Saudi environmental regulations, circular economy principles.
✔ Soft Skills: Leadership, data analysis, stakeholder engagement.
