📌 Key Responsibilities
✔ Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety & quality standards.
✔ Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and laborers to meet project deadlines.
✔ Monitor material usage, equipment, and manpower for optimal efficiency.
✔ Enforce HSE policies and conduct regular site inspections.
✔ Prepare progress reports and update project stakeholders.
✔ Resolve on-site issues and conflicts promptly.
✔ Ensure all work follows approved designs, specs, and local regulations.
🔧 Required Skills & Qualifications
✅ 5+ years of experience as a Site Supervisor (construction/project sites).
✅ Strong knowledge of construction methods, HSE standards, and Saudi building codes.
✅ Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and construction management software.
✅ Leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors.
✅ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and reporting skills.
✅ Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
