📌 Key Responsibilities
✔ Oversee daily camp operations, including maintenance, housekeeping, and catering.
✔ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
✔ Manage camp staff, schedules, and performance evaluations.
✔ Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers for smooth operations.
✔ Monitor budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
✔ Implement and maintain camp policies and procedures.
✔ Handle emergencies and resolve conflicts efficiently.
✔ Maintain accurate records and generate reports as required.
🔧 Required Skills & Qualifications
✅ 5+ years of experience in camp management or a similar role.
✅ Strong knowledge of HSE standards and Saudi labor laws.
✅ Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and facility management software.
✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
