🔧 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems
✔ Troubleshoot hardware/software issues (desktops, laptops, printers, servers)
✔ Provide technical support to staff (onsite & remote)
✔ Monitor system performance and ensure security compliance
✔ Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
✔ Set up and maintain network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls)
✔ Document IT processes and maintain inventory records
✔ Assist in IT projects (upgrades, migrations, deployments)
💡 Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:
✅ 5+ years of hands-on IT support experience
✅ Hardware: Expertise in PC/Mac repair, server maintenance, peripherals
✅ Software: Windows OS, macOS, Linux, Microsoft 365, Active Directory
✅ Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, basic firewall configuration
✅ Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving technical issues
✅ Security: Antivirus, malware removal, data backup solutions
✅ Certifications (Preferred): CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional
