📌 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead end-to-end tender processes for construction/engineering projects (government & private sector)
✔ Analyze RFPs, tender documents & contract terms to develop winning strategies
✔ Prepare competitive bids, proposals & pricing models with cross-functional teams
✔ Manage risk assessment, compliance checks & tender negotiations
✔ Build relationships with clients, consultants & subcontractors
✔ Maintain tender documentation & contract databases
✔ Monitor market trends & competitor activity to refine bidding approaches
🛠 Must-Have Skills & Tools:
✅ Core Expertise:
- 10+ years in construction/engineering tendering (KSA/GCC experience preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of FIDIC contracts & Saudi procurement regulations
- Strong financial/commercial acumen for pricing strategies
✅ Software Proficiency:
- Tendering platforms: Ariba, SAP SRM, or similar
- MS Office Advanced (Excel, Project, PowerPoint)
- BIM/Estimation tools (e.g., CostX, Planswift) is a plus
✅ Soft Skills:
- Exceptional proposal writing & presentation skills
