KILONEWTONS is looking for a highly organized Administrator to ensure smooth office operations in our Muscat, Oman headquarters. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of administrative experience, exceptional multitasking abilities, and proficiency in office management software. If you excel at creating efficient systems and supporting business operations, we want you on our team!

📌 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Manage daily office operations and administrative workflows
✔ Coordinate meetings, schedules, and business correspondence
✔ Maintain filing systems, databases, and confidential records
✔ Handle travel arrangements, visa processing, and logistics
✔ Assist with HR functions, onboarding, and employee records
✔ Process invoices, expenses, and petty cash management
✔ Serve as primary point of contact for visitors and clients
✔ Ensure office supplies and equipment are well-maintained

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
5+ years of proven administrative experience (GCC experience preferred)
✅ Advanced proficiency in:

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar)
  • Document management software
    ✅ Excellent organizational and time-management skills
    ✅ Strong written and verbal communication in English (Arabic a plus)
    ✅ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
